Gluten free un-toasted muesli

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rice bran or puffed millet
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 2 cups quinoa flakes
  • 2 cups rice flakes
  • 1/2 cup psyllium husks
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond flakes
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup goji berries
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon.

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl & transfer to an airtight container. Serve with your choice of milk & fresh fruit.
