As we move into the cooler months our regular summer snacks sometimes just don’t cut it! Luckily there are many nourishing options to meet your comfort food needs during the cooler months. Take a sneak peek at the snacks we’re consuming over at Studio PP headquarters this winter.

Spiced roasted nuts and seeds

For a tantalising warm snack this winter, coat a mixture of nuts and seeds – think almonds, pepitas, cashews, pistachios and sunflower seeds, with a little chilli powder and cayenne pepper and roast until deliciously warm and toasted. Prefer a sweeter taste? Coat a handful or your favourite nuts with a little organic coconut oil and a pinch of cinnamon before roasting.
